What is the most awesome thing about having a career in tech for you?
Nothing ever stands still……
What’s the coolest thing you’ve done, both personally and professionally?
I’ve seen over 1000 new companies in Australia since we started rampersand and their range and depth has been fantastic and that gives me a great deal of faith in the future.
Why are you passionate about diversity in technology?
If 85%+ of all start ups are led by males (50% of the population) then it is going to be a pretty imbalanced future world. Clearly 50% of the population are under represented and I am doing all i can to fix that.
What would your advice be to your 15 year old self?
Never look back.
